Refund policy
We do not accept returns, unless the item is faulty or broken upon receipt, or within the warranty time frames. We will not accept returns for change of mind, as every item is custom built to order.
To start a return, you can contact us at auroracustomheadlights@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will advise you on our return address. Postage is to be paid by the customer, or at our discretion we may provide a postage refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All items will be assessed for warranty claims. In the event that customer installation/use is the cause of damage, your warranty is void. You will receive a quote to repair the damage, or we will return the items back to you, AS IS at your expense.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
